Windsor machines all
parts on our Busellato Jet 3006 for 32mm construction which
includes shelf holes, construction holes, hinge and drawer
location holes. This system ensures uniformity and
superior precision.
Windsor uses European legs on all standard casework. This makes
for a clean efficient installation, enabling secure leveling of the
cabinet. The male receiver leg also acts as a shipping skid.
Windsor uses 1/4" fully bonded backs in our cabinets.
We also use 3/4" plywood stiffener rails that are doweled into
the cabinet sides for added strength.

Construction Methods
On all standard case goods, Windsor installs Blum clip hinges
with multiple adjustment
Windsor manufacturers it's own 1/2" pre-finished maple
drawers using dowel construction, 1/4" tempered duron bottoms with fully
bound on all four sides with high strength hot melt glue.
Standard on all drawers Windsor uses Accuride full
extension ball-bearing drawer slides.
Windsor will custom match any pre-existing stain
and submit samples for your approval. Once approved, the submitted
sample becomes the control sample for the duration of the project.
